Median Sale Price in Brooklyn Park


The Median Sale price in Brooklyn Park has improved from it’s low in the Fall/Winter of 2011/2012, with a slight plateau in the Fall/Winter 2013/2014.   This chart shows the median sale price of single family, previously owned homes divided into three categories:  traditional sellers, foreclosures and short sales.   Note the large increase in the median sale price of foreclosed properties, demonstrating what we’ve been feeling – the “deals” are getting harder to find as the banks are getting higher prices for their properties.   There is still a gap in the median sale price for traditional sellers over the distressed sellers.
